- To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at checkout.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. THE SLAYGROUND BOUTIQUE DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- You will receive your order within 2-5 business days after your order have been processed (maybe sooner). This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.
- When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking. Please make sure your email address is correct.
- We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations
